Mr. Nazarian joined Raith in 2025 as an Analyst on the acquisitions team. Prior to joining Raith, he worked on the acquisitions teams at Gindi Equities and Olive Tree Holdings.

Mr. Nazarian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
