Analyst

Mr. Nazarian joined Raith in 2025 as an Analyst on the acquisitions team. Prior to joining Raith, he interned with the acquisitions teams at Gindi Equities and Olive Tree Holdings, where he focused on multifamily workforce housing.

Mr. Nazarian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business in 2024, followed by a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in 2025.
