Associate

Ms. Pasik joined Raith in 2025 as an Associate on the acquisitions team. Prior to joining Raith, Ms. Pasik was a real estate Investments Associate at Brookfield Asset Management where she focused primarily on underwriting both corporate and asset-level acquisition opportunities. Prior to Brookfield, Ms. Pasik was an Investment Analyst at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (“MSREI”), where she worked on both acquisition and asset management opportunities for MSREI’s core and opportunistic strategies. Through her tenure at Morgan Stanley and Brookfield, Ms. Pasik has experience working across the office, industrial, retail, multifamily (traditional and affordable), storage, student housing, and senior housing sectors.

Ms. Pasik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
