Mr. Johnson joined Raith in 2026 as an Associate on the Asset Management team. Prior to joining Raith, he was an Investment Analyst at Selig Enterprises in Atlanta, Georgia, where he focused on asset management initiatives for the firm’s institutional portfolio and on underwriting acquisition opportunities across the Southeast. His experience includes office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and multifamily.

Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
