Associate

Mr. Koenitzer joined Raith as an Associate in 2025. He works as a part of the acquisitions and asset management teams. Prior to Raith, Mr. Koenitzer worked as a management consultant at Washington Business Dynamics (WBD). At WBD, he grew the firm’s international development arm with a focus on U.S. Government funded infrastructure projects in West Africa and South Asia. Mr. Koenitzer started his career as a management consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Mr. Koenitzer received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy from Williams College and is finishing his MS in Real Estate at New York University.
