Ms. Chang joined Raith in 2026 and is currently a Managing Director on the acquisitions team. She is responsible for originating and executing equity and debt opportunities for Raith’s various investment vehicles. Ms. Chang has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, having closed more than $2 billion of transactions across various property types. Prior to joining Raith, Ms. Chang served as an Investment Leader in Private Real Estate at Partners Group. While at Partners Group, Ms. Chang led the U.S. multifamily and student housing strategies. Prior to Partners Group, Ms. Chang held roles as a Vice President of Investments at CIM Group and Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Barclays Capital.

Ms. Chang received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and International Business from Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University and an MBA from London Business School.
