Ms. Willis joined Raith in 2026 as the firm’s Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Raith, she spent more than 20 years at Elliott Investment Management, most recently serving as Senior Benefits & Payroll Manager and Human Resources Manager, with a focus on benefits, payroll, pension plans, onboarding, and offboarding. She originally joined Elliott in its back office, handling emerging markets repo settlements. Before Elliott, she held back-office roles at Omega Advisors (emerging markets) and Salomon Brothers (Latin American equities). She began her career at AIG Trading in customer support for foreign exchange and then traded natural gas.

Ms. Willis received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Johns Hopkins University.
