Analyst

Mr. Leary joined Raith in 2025 as an Analyst on the acquisitions team. Prior to joining Raith, Mr. Leary was an analyst in Ares Management’s Real Estate Equity Group, focusing on industrial acquisition and development opportunities. Prior to joining Ares, Mr. Leary was an analyst in Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Banking Group. Mr. Leary holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
