Mr. Gruseke joined Raith in 2022 and is currently a Vice President. He primarily works as part of the asset management team. Mr. Gruseke graduated in 2022 with an MBA from Columbia Business School. While at Columbia, he interned at Savanna in New York, where he worked in acquisitions and asset management. Prior to Columbia, Mr. Gruseke was on the investments team at BedRock Real Estate Partners, where he focused on development projects in the multifamily sector.

Mr. Gruseke received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Williams College and an MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Real Estate
